🏠 Customer Portal

Homeowners do not want another login. They want to know their system is fine, what was done last time, and how to reach you. This is one link, unique to them, that answers all three — and it keeps working when they change phone.

What you get

Theirs to open, yours to switch off

A link, not an account

The link itself is the credential, and a check against the last four digits of the phone on file stops a forwarded message becoming access. There is no password to reset and no sign-up to abandon.

Revocable, even from their texts

Switching a portal off works on a link already sitting in somebody's messages. The dealer can turn it off and back on; the homeowner never has to be told a new address.

A request lands in two places

Ask for a call, a visit or information and it arrives as a request queue item and as an inbound note on their profile in the CRM — so it shows up where a rep is already looking, without anyone learning a new screen.

They can send you their power bill

A homeowner can photograph a utility bill from their phone. The reading lands on their record in the CRM, not just on their screen, so the analysis is on the job when you pick it up.

It says what it knows, and when

Production figures are the last reading the CRM took, shown with the time it was read. The portal never holds your monitoring credentials, so it does not pretend to be live when it is not.

Every failure has words

Turned off, no longer active, or simply a bad connection — three different messages and a Try again button, instead of one blank page that makes the homeowner think you have gone out of business.

Included on Growth and Enterprise. A portal already published to a homeowner keeps working regardless.
