💳 Invoicing & POS

From the job to the money, without retyping any of it. Deposits taken in the field stay in step with the invoice, receivables age themselves, and the homeowner pays by card through your own processor.

What you get

The money side, kept honest

Receivables age themselves

Current, 1–30, 31–60, 61-plus — each with a count and a dollar figure, computed from the due date. Nobody maintains it and nobody has to remember to run it.

The deposit only exists once

A deposit taken on the job and the same deposit on the invoice are kept in agreement — amount, date, method and transaction id — so the two documents cannot tell different stories about the same money.

A warranty claim credits when it is approved

Filing a claim does not reduce what the homeowner owes; an approved or reimbursed one does. The app says so out loud when you file, because a balance that drops on a claim nobody has accepted yet is a bill you cannot collect.

Your processor, your money

Connect your own Stripe or Square account. Card details are tokenised in the browser by the processor and the keys stay server-side — they never touch the app.

Pay links are locked to the amount

A hosted payment link is issued for the exact figure and cached on the invoice. Deposit links are issued separately against the job, so a deposit and a final bill can never be confused for one another.

Warranty claims tracked against the bill

Manufacturer, product, issue, amount, claim number and status, held on the invoice they belong to — so a part you are owed for is visible next to the job that consumed it.
