These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website sunservice.io, the Sun Service platform, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Sun Service LLC (“Sun Service,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, or by opting in to our communications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for safeguarding your login credentials, and for all activity under your account.
Sun Service provides a customer-relationship-management platform for solar and home-service businesses, including quoting, scheduling, repair orders, invoicing, pipelines, messaging, and related tools. Features and availability may change over time.
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Sun Service (account, transactional, appointment, and—where agreed—promotional messages). Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for help. After you text STOP, we will send a confirmation and stop sending messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile opt-in and consent information is handled per our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement. We may change standard pricing on renewal with prior notice. Taxes are your responsibility. Late or failed payments may result in suspension.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. You grant us the right to host and process that data to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for any personal information you upload, including the consent of individuals you contact through the Service.
The Service, its software, content, and trademarks — including Sun Service, Dr. Volt™, the SunService Repair Guide™, the SunService Labor Guide™, and SunService Certified™ — are owned by Sun Service and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service during your subscription. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment, email, SMS, monitoring, and advertising providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-generated outputs (including Dr. Volt™) are provided for assistance only and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them against manufacturer specifications and using licensed-professional judgment before use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUN SERVICE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You will defend and indemnify Sun Service against claims arising from your data, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or law, or your communications with third parties (including the people you contact through the Service).
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or use that threatens the Service or others. Upon termination, your license ends; you may export your data for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Utah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not otherwise resolved.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
