This Privacy Policy explains how Sun Service LLC (“Sun Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of the website sunservice.io and the Sun Service customer-relationship-management platform (the “Service”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you. By using our website, Service, or by opting in to our communications, you agree to this Policy.
Consent & opt-in. When you provide your mobile number and opt in (for example, by checking a consent box, submitting a form, or texting us), you agree to receive text messages from Sun Service related to your account, appointments, service updates, and—where you have agreed—promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will stop receiving messages. Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details in Section 11. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No sharing of mobile opt-in data. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except subprocessors strictly necessary to deliver the messaging service (e.g., our messaging/telephony provider) and as required by law.
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. We may use advertising and analytics tools from third parties, including the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API and Google services, to measure and improve our advertising and to show relevant ads. Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise these rights, contact us using Section 11. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link.
